  • Please be advised, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are monitored in case of any flight delays.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

On one of four trips scheduled for transport the driver didn’t show up only called three hours later to ask where we were. I had to take a taxi from the port to the hotel. This ride cost me $14.00 and I paid over $70.00 for each trip, one I never received. I would like to be credited for this ride never received.

Our driver waited patiently for us after we were delayed by the flooding in Barcelona. He was very kind and helped us with our luggage into the hotel

The driver was there despite our flight being delayed and he knew the exact location of our house. He was an expert driver, too.
