You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We used them twice once from Airport to Hotel and then again Cruise port to airport. Drivers were ontime frindely and helpfull.

Our driver was on time and easy to find, for our return trip from the cruise ship terminal to the airport. I was very appreciative of not having to ride the cruise ship bus to get to the airport.
