  • Dress code in Sagrada Familia: No short tops or Shorts above the knees are accepted . No need to cover your shoulders. However, remember you are visiting a church and you should be dressed properly.

ONLY PICK UP IS PROVIDED WHEN THE TOUR IS BOOKED IN PRIVATE. Meeting point for small group tours of max. 9 people is Carrer olot 18 ( opposite side of the main gate). Make sure you are one the right address since there are several gates at the Park. Taxis will leave you on Rambla Mercedes street, a 2 min walk from the meeting point. The Guide will wait maximum 10 minutes in the meeting point. It is the only the responsibility of the traveler to be on time in the right meeting point. No refund will be provided in any case ( including traffic issues)for late arrival in the meeting point.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

The tour representative hung up on us when we tried to work with her to meet up with our guide. 6 of us missed the tour guide because of traffic issues and because he didn't have a yellow flag. We called the tour company to see if we could catch up with the tour and she refused to help us.
