Highly recommend this class! If you love to cook and are interested in traditional Spanish food, it’s a must do! Lola has a beautiful kitchen and makes the class easy and fun to do!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the 3+ hour class and making the delicious food - ham croquettes, Russian salad, cod with peppers, tomatoes, onions And the black ink squid paella. Lola was very engaging, provided helpful tips about the food and Spanish culture, and served lovely wine to accompany the tasty food and yummy chocolates. We will definitely make these at home - the recipes are not complex and Lola provided tips as we cooked them together. We just ordered a grater that Lola used to easily get the pulp from tomatoes (thanks Lola!)- so much easier than boiling and peeling tomatoes.. This was a special experience and we highly recommend it.
