From Australia we reserved and received confirmation for Barcelona Airport transport to hotel. On arrival no one was waiting as agreed, many phone calls later we were told to wait for a driver that arrived 40 minutes later. A few days later, following phone confirmation the day before of our return, our transfer back to the airport did not arrived at all. Managed to get a taxi and almost missed our flight. CarTrawler is unreliable and irresponsible.
