The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Van was right on time but difficult to know where he was going to pick me up at cruise port,, then he dropped me off very far from my airline area of terminal.

I confirmed the pick up time with my return shuttle a few days before I left Vancouver ( Feb 22/20 ). A couple of days before my cruise shop arrived Barcelona. I received an email from From 2 Travel & informed me that the pick up time changed to 0930 to 1030. My cruise ship won't arrive the Barcelona port til 0900 hr. In order to meet the shuttle on time, I have to drag my heavy luggage from my cabin to the port all by myself instead of putting my lugguage outside of my cabin the night before & picking it up at the port. I had problem with my right knee. After I dragged my big piece of luggage from the cabin to the port all my self, I have been walking with a limping leg since I returned to Vancouver on Mar 13/20. How can a shuttle company changed the pick up time at the last min? I don't know this company at all. I booked this shuttle because I trusted Viator which was owned by Tripadvisor. If I knew that they couldn't pick me up at 10.30, I would have booked the cruise ship shuttle instead of risking hurting my right knee.
The driver of this shutter didn't put up any sign where to find the bus. He just stood in front of his bus which he parked at the end of the pick up terminal. He had to wait til 10.15 before he left because other guests were having problem to find him. I think a couple missed his shuttle because they couldn't find his bus!
