We had an excellent morning of kayaking on a private tour with Andy and Julian! Absolutely recommend this outing. Our sons ages 13, 11, 11 had a wonderful time. What a blessing to have a unique experience in such a beautiful place!

We hired via Despegar.com, a ten-day stay in Bombas City, Brazil. Emphatically we asked the Takeoff employee (Benjamin, Shopping Villa Cabrera) we needed in the offered inn, room on the ground floor, all by virtue of my wife's disability (which was evident), to climb stairs. He told me that on the ground floor it was difficult, but we sure got hit on the first floor. We said to each other, well, let's try to put up a floor. Upon arrival, we were given the only room available, on the SECOND FLOOR, which transformed our vacation into a plague, a torture, which did not change despite constant claims. In short, the Takeoff service, extremely insensitive, a piece of crap. Julio Sórensen

An amazing experience - one of the highlights of our honeymoon! The 2 guides gave us so much information and let us try mate whilst on the water. We had beautiful views and felt very safe throughout the whole trip, after a safety briefing at the start. Andy also gave us some great recommendations for the remainder of the day. We had booked onto Nahuel Huapi, however due to the windy conditions we went on Moreno lake - equally beautiful!
