Did the city of Basel get its name from the mythical animal basilisk? The fox wants to know this and has gone in search of the basilica's egg. The chasers of the fox not only have to find the city's book treasures, but also create art themselves. The trail brings some adventures with it: It goes through the historical center, with the help of chains along the Rhine and if you are lucky you will even meet an alien on the way.

Toller Rundgang durch die Stadt, mit einigen kniffligen Rätseln. In drei Stunden waren wir trotz Pausen und langsamem Tempo durch. Als Stadtbewohner*innen haben wir zT fast zu weit gedacht. Und für den 7-jährigen war einiges zu schwer. Ihm hat ein „Schatz“ am Schluss gereicht. Und mir war die Geschichte nicht ganz klar. Dennoch toll um die Stadt zu entdecken und für Rätselliebhaber* innen.

Wir hatten den Trail an Auffahrt gemacht mit Kindern, 10 Jahre alt. Zwei Posten waren gar nicht in Betrieb und die Rätsel konnten gar nicht gelöst werden. Zur Antwort bekam man nur, der Techniker kann halt nicht so schnell da sein. Für 100 Fr kann man viel besseres machen! Geld sparen!
