We provide complimentary pick-up services for our customers from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and all hotels within the Batam Centre area. We will provide updated driver details one day prior to your appointment. Our driver will await your arrival at the designated meeting point, either the ferry's terminal arrival gate or your hotel lobby.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

My husband and I just had a massage and hair spa ( half deluxe package) treatment at Spa Central Batam Centre. I truly enjoyed every touch from the therapist, who was highly skilled. I was taken care of by therapist Indah, and she was excellent at making me feel completely relaxed and at ease, leaving my body feeling light and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her."

I recently treated myself to the hot stone massage at Spa central Sukajadi, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had! As soon as I entered the treatment room, the calming ambiance, dimmed lights, and soothing music put me in the perfect mindset to unwind. If you're looking to indulge and relieve muscle tension, I highly recommend the hot stone massage. It was pure bliss from start to finish I left feeling rejuvenated, with a sense of peace and calm I hadn’t felt in a long time!

Had an amazing experience at SPA CENTRAL BATAM. From the customer service to the therapist, all was professional and friendly. The atmosphere was very calming, and we all left completely refreshed. Highly recommend this place, will definitely back again!
