Couples day was great! Massages, facials, hair care and lunch We had so much fun and Sri and Aya were the best. Warm and welcoming we were picked up at the ferry port. Very relaxing and a great value. Would definitely recommend.

Made a day trip to Batam with my daughter for the full day 6 hour spa package here. I chose Spa Central because of good reviews I read and because it was a day trip and I didn’t want to travel far from the Batam Center Ferry Terminal. The spa provides a pick up and drop off service picking us up from MegaMall at 10:30am. We had quite a while before the pick up because we arrived at 8:40am (next ferry would arrive too late) and the spa only opens at 11am. We had 3 hours of spa services followed by lunch and then another 3 hours of spa services then we were driven back to MegaMall and had a quick dinner before catching the last ferry back to Singapore. Overall it was a very good experience and we enjoyed our mother n daughter spa day very much. Our therapists ReRe and Ayat were very good and professional. Service from all staff was excellent. My only feedback for improvement: 1) have the full day package run from 10am-5pm instead of 11am-6pm and 2) play some soothing music in the room to block out the noise from the water park outside (not that it was loud but you can hear a bit of the noise because the spa room is very quiet)
