Bart was a very nice tour guide and had lots of interesting stories from the Battle of Arnhem. His knowledge was also very good and the tour of 2 and a half hours was an ideal length of tour

This little Gem in Holland is really special and steeped in history, it has a special meaning for my family as my Father parachuted in in 1944 with the parachute regiment to try to liberate Holland from the Nazis.
Accompanied by my two brothers we visited the numerous military museums and areas associated with the battle of Arnhem, a visit to the commonwealth graves cemetery at Oosterbeek is a must and the flower ceremony held every September since 1945 on the anniversary of the battle is a real tear jerker.
The Dutch people are friendly and welcoming and prices are good ! I would recommend a visit to anyone.
