You will visit the last salting room and ham dryer still active in Bayonne. You will know everything about the preparation of ham, from the origin of the meat to all the operations necessary for the preparation of ham. The visit ends with a tasting of the house's original products.

We visited with our family this traditional and family-run Bayonne ham factory. The visit was very interesting. The lady who introduced us very friendly. The explanations were clear and effective. We see the love and quality of the product. We recommend this visit.
