Go to the elegant vineyard called Pizay, located in the heart of the Brouilly appellation, for a unique wine tasting experience! Indeed, thanks to your 5 senses, discover all the secrets of the Beaujolais terroir in an interactive and fun way, and finish by winning your amateur oenologist diploma! You will then have well deserved the tasting of the twelve wines of the vineyard, allowing you to discover the entire aromatic palette of the Crus of Beaujolais! Then, you will go up the famous Beaujolais Wine Route and cross renowned appellations such as Morgon, Fleurie or Juliénas, until reaching a family winery. You will then meet the winemaker who will present his estate: you will visit his cellar and taste the Crus du Beaujolais he produces. The opportunity to appreciate the region’s geological richness and to understand its unique terroir.

Tour company could not have been more accommodating. Train from Paris was late and they made arrangements to make sure we did not miss the tour. Had a great time and the scenery was beautiful.

We had a great time tasting Beaujolais wines. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the region, winemaking, tasting, etc. We visited two beautiful vineyards both offering extensive tasting experiences. The drive from Lyon was beautiful and comfortable. I’d recommend this tour to Beaujolais aficionados and newcomers alike.

Francois was an engaging guide. The drive was not too long and he gave good background on the region and the wines. The first winery was a bit impersonal but the sensory trail was kind of fun / interesting. The second stop was a nice small family winery. Really enjoyed.
