An island tour around Mahé with Sheena or her brothers is a real MUST.     Beautiful & private island tour around Mahé, according to your wishes. Only you or your group/family will participate. You decide in advance or on the day of the tour which activity you want to see/do. We will adapt to this and give you all our insider tips. Please note that all spots that we describe below are only examples on our tour. There is a lot to discover in 5-6 hours but you still have enough time during the tour to decide where to stop and wait or where to just show something, take pictures. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we cannot all visit places. 5-6 hours is a long time in the car. You are therefore free to choose what you want to see and experience. However, if after 5-6 hours you still haven't seen and discovered enough of our beautiful paradise, you still feel energetic, you can always extend the Mahé Island Tour for €25 per hour.

    One of the smallest capitals in the world. We will pass many sights here and only stop briefly.     We will show you Eden Island and if necessary we will stop for lunch or a visit to the toilet. At Eden you can also buy small souvenirs and see all the yachts and boats in the marina.

    You simply have to try this local rum. We will also show you how it is made and take a nice tour. The guided walking tour costs 150 rupees and the tasting according to the quantity. But it is by no means a sales event, everyone is free to participate, no obligation to buy. Please note the distillery is closed on weekends and bank holidays.     A round trip through the spice garden, where you can explore all possible endemic plants of the Seychelles, herbs and medicinal herbs with examples of use. You will have plenty of time and opportunity to take photos of all the endemic spices and plants. The Spicegarden also has its own restaurant, where they cook with the garden's own plants and spices and where you can have a delicious lunch (optional). Please note the Jardin du Roy Spice Garden is closed on bank holidays.     A very beautiful and exceptional waterfall for the Seychelles. We will walk there for about 15 minutes to the waterfall (not strenuous). The waterfall has a small lake in front of it, where you can take a refreshing dip in the spring-fresh water. Please bring a towel for this. Please note the Sauzier Waterfall is closed on public holidays.     Beau Vallon is THE beach north of Mahe. There is a lot to see, we like to stop and it is always possible to swim or snorkel as you wish. There are also some local take-aways with fresh fish and Creole food, coconuts and other fruits for sale. There is also the Beach Shak Bar, where you can enjoy a beach view and beach access, delicious Rum (Takamaka) cocktails, a freshly poured cold local beer (Seybrew) or a non-alcoholic mocktail. Depending on what time you book our island tour, you also have the option of an enchanting sunset, which starts at around 6 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. If you are interested, you can always extend the island tour (25 € per hour). You can decide this yourself on the day of the tour and at short notice. We are very flexible and are very, very happy to cater to your wishes.

    These beautiful options would also be selectable on Mahé: Short walk to Mont Signal It's really only a 5-10 minute walk but has great views of Victoria, St Anne Marine Park and its small islands (St Anne, Long Island, Round Island, Moyenne and Cerf). Panoramic views of Eden Island and Victoria We stop at a very nice point near Victoria. You can take great pictures at this point. Carana Beach granite rocks It has to be seen and photographed. Extremely spectacular, unique and beautiful. It is also possible to swim there, but the waves are rough and only suitable for good swimmers. Port Launay, Hotel Ephelia One of the most beautiful beaches on Mahe, in a stunning bay. Depending on where you are staying, you may combine this with a sunset. Sunset drink / Sunset cocktail on the beach Watching the sunset on a Mahé island tour is incredible.

Wir hatten Kevin ( den Bruder) als Tourguide. Die Tour war auf Englisch. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bringt eine Menge guter Laune mit. Er ist gleich von Beginn an auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat die Island Tour individuell an uns angepasst, da wir bereits selbst ein paar Orte schon besucht haben. Für ihn eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Er fragt gleich welches Programm er uns zeigen darf. Er hat uns tolle Plätze gezeigt, die von dem Einheimischen gern genutzt werden und uns ganz viel Inselwissen mitgegeben. Wir hatten ebenfalls einen tollen Austausch zu geschichtlichen Themen… Natürlich macht er auch Bilder von einem und bietet es sofort an, damit man seine Erinnerungen später wieder anschauen kann. Schön war es auch, dass die Zeit nicht so im Fokus steht, sondern unsere Bedürfnisse. Ein MUSS, für den, der die Insel mit einem authentischen + sympathischen Guide erleben und den Flair spüren möchte! ???? The Mahé island tour was just average. I was a bit disappointed because I sent the itinerary of the things I’d like to see well in advance and on the day of the tour I was rushed and told that some things I would not be able to see, because Kevin’s schedule was booked and he did not have enough time. He even tried to rush me pass the market and temple until I had to ask to go back and be able to enjoy it. No time at beaches to swim…just take quick pictures. I wasn’t even offered to stop for lunch. With a pick up at 9am I was extremely hungry by 1:30pm, so I just ordered a chicken sandwich from the rum distillery food area. For the amount of money paid and the reviews I read, I expected more and to not be rushed. I wouldn’t recommend this trip to my family or friends, because of the inconsistency.
