Informative tour guide. Stopped twice on the way to Belfast. The first stop was at a graveyard with one toilet which had no lock, seat or hot water!! This was included in the ‘rest break’ but I wouldn’t advise using the facilities!
The next stop was a garage where we told we had 15 minutes to get a coffee and something to eat!
Then it was another hour to Belfast. The tour guide kept saying it was an ‘ugly’ city but we were pleasantly surprised. It reminded us on a large city centre and there was lots of history.
The tour guide made it clear that we had two hours to explore Belfast but a handful of people returned to the coach late which cut down on our Titanic experience.
The Titanic museum was informative and enjoyable and we had two hours to explore which was more than long enough. However, we were then told that we would travel back to Dublin (2 hours and 20 minute journey) and no rest break was mentioned. We were also ‘dropped off’ at a different location as the coach driver didn’t want to drive back through the town! The air conditioning also broke within 5 mins of leaving the Titanic experience (making an awful whistling noise) on our way home so the coach was very hot and stuffy.
