The experience is entirely interactive from start to finish and you'll learn all about the wonderful sensory world we live in through incredible mixed drinks and cocktails. Take home the recipes for the serves you've enjoyed and experience the incredible audio visual experience that is The Inhibitor Room. People who are photosensitive may be affected by the experience. This is an alcohol based experience, so it is for adults only. Our historic venue is very old and has a lot of stairs, so we regretfully cannot cater for wheelchair users or people who find stairs difficult. We can cater for all dietary requirements and have incredible non-alcoholic alternatives.

Totally unique experience - brought our team for a staff night out, even as bartenders we learnt a load and had a great time. Miriam was a great host who made everyone feel welcome and part of the process, and the drinks made by Phil and Sophie were fantastic! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

A group of 4 of us did this experience on 11th March. It was so much fun and very good value for money. The drinks tasted great and our host was very informative and kept the evening fun and lighthearted. I would recommend to anyone, local or tourist, to book this experience and I will definitely be booking the Spirit Circle’s history of belfast drinks experience for our next night out! 10/10!

Booked for friends birthdays. We didn't know what to expect. What we got was a really interesting journey of how our senses work through smell, taste and visual challenges! We had various choices throughout these challenges which were used to create personalised cocktails at the end. Staff were brilliant! We had originally bought 5 tickets but due to unforeseen circumstance 2 friends were unable to attend. The team were easily contactable and the tickets changed to a different date. We have already booked the Belfast by the Glass experience!!
