There are many existing caves in the Algarve coast, but Benagil have the most famous caves in the Algarve, and probably in Portugal. The famous "Algar de Benagil" is a hole created at the top of the rock, is probably the most photographed spot and shared images through out the world. The only way to access the Benagil caves is by water, there is no walking access so, do it on a Stand Up Paddle board is one of the best options to visit them, because with the board, you can go inside of the caves, walk and access the beaches that are within their own caves, which otherwise is not possible! Join us in this 2 hours adventure, starting at the Benagil Beach and we make sure it will be a unique experience that will remember forever!

I was so lucky that I’m the only customer for todays session so I had private lesson as a total beginner of SUP. Shiko is a very very nice coach who encourages me to stand up and tell me all the tips for standing longer! I enjoyed so much with his teaching! He also helps me to take a lot pictures which is very nice for solo traveller. I totally recommend choose SUP to explore the cave.

Benagil Caves is magnificent and is worth the experience. This company provides guidance for inexperient or first-time paddlers. They also teach how to use the board and safety instructions. It will be a perfect first time for anyone and an amazing experience for those who know how to paddle. During July and August, I recommend doing a private tour early in the morning for a better experience. It is not very regulated and there are too many people in the water. You do not need to stand with you don't want, you can stay on your knees, I LOVE it
