With us you can explore the Costa Blanca on a mountain bike, away from mass tourism. Beautiful mountain bike tour with some single trails in a fantastic landscape. The tour includes some nice single trails up to category S2, sometimes flowing and sometimes a bit rougher. The route takes us through a fantastic landscape. Mountains, dry riverbeds, pine trees and numerous citrus plantations as far as the eye can see are our constant companions on this route. We cross gorges full of bends, which lie between steeply sloping hillsides. Around noon, we take a break in a typical Spanish bar in the hinterland. Time for a cool drink and some tapas. A good level of fitness and bike control is required for the tour. Tour duration: approx. 5 hours incl. breaks, distance: 55 km, altitude difference: approx. 850 hm Drinking and photo breaks can be arranged individually.

Michael was an excellent host with great knowledge of local area. He varies tours according to skill and experience. We climbed off and on road, had some great downhills, went through orange groves and to the beach. Would highly recommend it to anybody. My 13yr old son loved it. An e-bike would be a good choice if your fitness is not tip-top.

Excellent trip: - The area is very green with orange, olive, lemon trees and grape vines. - Michael knows the terrain perfectly and can adjust the difficulty to the rider. - The hills are not too high, so the ride is more interval, you go up for a while, then down quickly, with some connectors stretching for longer - Michael speaks very fluent English (and German). - Very nice bike (Trek Remedy) in perfect condition - The weather in April is perfect, whole trip in tshirt, but not too warm. Just do not forget sunscreen!

Absolutely amazing route with the experienced guide, Michael. It had everything, nice views, high altitude and a reasonable technical level for riding which can be adjusted to fit your level of experience. I brought my own xc bike with more sturdy tires. But to get most out of it he tour, I would recommend an electric bike with more travel. Easier uphill and more fun downhill. If you go without assisted pedalling, bring a lot of water and snacks, especially when it's hotter outside. Oh, and don't forget the coffee (beer) stop, when your halfway. Michael knows the best places! Enjoy your riding!
