Try the day package, a fantastic well being experience. An overview of ayurveda, a consultation with the doctor on dosha type, and then a three hour massage programme and shirodhara treatment. The service is excellent with pick and drop off from your hotel, herbal tea, and fabttic massage!

After traveling around Sri Lanka, my last days I stayed at Bentota. I had some massages and Ayurveda treatments before in Sri Lanka, but at this center the service and professional therapists is outstanding! After the three hour day package I felt so relaxed! Highly recommended!

The amazing team of professionals during my trip to Sri Lanka was one of my discoveries in this beautiful part of the world. I would highly recommend the Ayurveda Center in Bentota where a team of professionals will treat you body and soul to unite, yes it sounds amazing. Be prepared that once you come, you will definitely come back. Dealing with them is a separate therapy. I enjoyed a two hour full body massage and I can honestly say that today I have more harmony with my body. Thank you for this amazing experience!
