I had a disappointing experience at this center. They offered a discounted price for a 1.5-hour facial massage, but when I arrived, I realized the price was higher than listed on their menu. They claimed the difference was due to ‘special oils,’ but the massage was very basic. The full body message felt more like a simple oil massage rather than the Ayurvedic treatment they advertised and we booked. After the massage, I developed an allergy all over my body and had to start taking medication. I was very worried and hoped I wouldn’t need to see a doctor in the middle of the night. They also mention having ‘doctors’ on-site, but I doubt their authenticity, as the setup didn’t seem professional or credible. For the price charged, the service and facilities were underwhelming. If you’re staying nearby, you’re better off using your hotel’s spa for better value and quality.”
