  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I had prepaid for a transfer to the airport from Bergen City center area. The time and location had been determined. The morning of departure, NO ONE showed up to take us to the airport. We patiently waited 30 minutes, messaged the operator with NO response. With the help of our hotel, we arranged a cab to get us to the airport. I would not book or use this service. Dishonest and poor experience!!

Driver was prompt and courteous..Couldnt have asked for it to have gone smoother...Definately recommend their service!!!
