Really enjoyed seeing the Berlin wall from the perspective of the people on both sides. Riding through the various neighborhoods was a blast. And having a guide who lived through that time, and is a native Berliner (west) should have been a real plus. But though he was an interesting guy who I would love to sit and have a beer with, he was a terrible tour guide. Not sure how this happened, but today was the VERY FIRST time he gave this tour in English, something he was not equipped to do. It wasn’t fair to put him in this position, and we’re the ones who paid the price.
