Berlin is divided into fare zones A, B and C for which you will need an appropriate travel ticket to use public transport services (bus & rail, tram). Zone A comprises the inner city of Berlin up to and including the S-Bahn Ring. Zone B is located outside the S-Bahn Ring up to the city limits. Zone C is the area around Berlin, including the town of Potsdam, Sachsenhausen Memorial Site & BER Airport.

Compré la Berlín Welcome Card Clásica para 48 horas (30 euros).
El primer punto negativo es que los descuentos no son ningún chollo ni incluyen la mayoría de los monumentos importantes.
En mi caso, echando cuentas salía más o menos rentable ya que en Berlín en noviembre hay que tomar transporte público por el frío y la lluvia; además teníamos claro visitar el palacio de Sanssouci en Postdam y otro monumento incluido... pero la mayoría de los descuentos se aplican a actividades y monumentos prescindibles.
El segundo punto negativo es la pésima atención al cliente en gestión de la tarjeta, con la consiguiente pérdida de tiempo. Uno de los incentivos principales para adquirirla era el ahorro de tiempo comprando un billete para todo de una sola vez. Pero lo acabas pagando... con más tiempo.
La compra es muy fácil por Internet, pero una vez has soltado la pasta la cosa se complica. Se acabó la gestión online y para activarla (o si tienes cualquier problema) debes acudir a una oficina para imprimirla...¡Sorpresa! Esto no se anunciaba bombo y platillo en la web. ¡Arréglatelas para llegar a la oficina entre malas contestaciones! Deberían incluir esta odisea en las experiencias de la tarjeta (esta es gratis).
Llama la atención que no haya ninguna aplicación ni facilidad digital para esta parte (pero sí para la compra).
El tercer punto negativo es la falta de información real en la propia web.
Una vez has picado repasas qué te llevó a ese punto y en su web sólo ves un batiburrillo de descuentos (desactualizados a veces) y falta de información real sobre el precio al que se le realiza el descuento... Y entiendes que tanta gente se queje, porque es verdad que no miramos la letra pequeña, pero a ver quién la lee cuando tiene el tiempo justo para organizar un viaje y ver lo esencial (y ellos lo saben).
El único caso en que recomendaría usar esta tarjeta sería a quien tenga muy claro (pero muy claro) qué monumentos va a visitar, cuántos, con cuántas personas, qué día , qué hora y minuto incluso (a veces hay que reservarlo, curiosamente en la web del monumento) , que revise que no tenga ya otros descuentos para no hacer el primo...,que saque una calculadora y lea mucho la letra pequeña, contrastando cada precio y descuento. Estas personas también existen y por deferencia a ellas no diré que la tarjeta es inútil.
Resumiendo: he conseguido ahorrar un euro. Pero oye, algo es algo y me llevo la experiencia.

Grundsätzlich sind diese TouristenCard ein gutes Angebot, wenn man die Angebote auch aktiv nutzt. Auf jeden Fall sollte man vorher planen und genau rechnen, was man ggf. sparen kann. Wer eine solche Karte nur aus Bequemlichkeit kauf, der zahlt in jedem Fall deutlich drauf.
