Four of us bought the Crystal Caves, Aquarium and Ferry tour listed above, but were appalled to learn that the entrance fees for the cave and aquarium were not included in the price! Between us, we spent $680, and for that we got nothing more than a cab ride to each venue! Oh - and a ferry boat ticket, worth $5. At least that was included! Upon arriving at the caves, we were told there were no reservations under our names. Only after tracking down our driver, and getting him to phone you, did we learn that the reservations had been placed under someone's name from Viator. How were we to know that?? Don't you think that would be good information to tell your customers? By the time we figured all that out, we were told we were now too late for our cave tour. So, we gave up on the cave, and had the driver take us to the next stop - the aquarium, where we paid our own entrance fee. We were told we had 45 minutes to tour the aquarium, even though we had spent virtually no time at the caves. Then we found out that the fee we paid was also good for the zoo and museum co-located with the aquarium. Those would have been nice to see! But, with a mere 45 minutes we barely had time to see the aquarium alone. There sure should have been more time in the schedule for that! Even at that, we returned to the taxi late, and the driver barely made his next scheduled tour after dropping us off in downtown Hamilton. So, no cave tour, very little time at the aquarium, no time for the zoo or museum, and just enough time to have lunch in Hamilton before our scheduled ferry. No time for shopping, either! When I complained, I was told I should have read the fine print! We were totally ripped off! How the hell can you sell a cave and aquarium tour that doesn't include entrance to the cave and aquarium, and even if you paid for it yourself there wouldn't be adequate time to see them? We could have gotten a taxi on our own and gotten there for less than $15 apiece. Instead, we paid you $170 apiece and got nothing more for it! I will NEVER recommend Viator to anyone, and will never use you again myself! The only good in this is that our driver, Lionell, was extremely friendly and sympathetic to our situation. He did everything he could to turn a negative experience into something fun for us, which wasn't easy because he had four angry customers in his vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable and entertaining, and we tipped him well. You definitely owe him a debt of gratitude!

On our trip to the caves our driver offered tit bits information about Bermuda. A lot of information had to be extracted from questions. The answers were direct with very little details. However, I enjoyed the visit to the Crystal Caves.
A very informative and lively guide provided some history and facts to the group. I was particularly intrigued by the accidental discovery of the cave in 1905. The formation of the limestone structures from above (stalactites) and below
(stalagmites) was a sight to enjoy. We also saw the outlet to the lake in the cave where the water meets the sea.
The aquarium was ok. It was a delight to see the different marine life available. The zoo had very little animals.
The highlight of the trip was definitely the cave. It was a little challenging for older folks to get into the caves, but once someone can walk a quarter mile, he or she can definitely handle this adventure.
This tour was done via the Norwegian Cruise Line. At the end of the tour, we were brought to the town of Hamilton where we were allowed to explore on our own. The return trip to the ship we had to take a ferry after paying 4.50 for each passenger. The ferry ride was good.Wwe enjoyed a little sight-seeing along the way.
Booked this and got picked up at the cruise dock as advertised. There were 6 of us, so almost $500 to go from the ship, to the caves, to the Aquarium and then dropped off in downtown Hamilton. Not sure how much taxi's are or private cars but to be packed into a 22 seat mini bus for that price seemed pretty bad. You still have to pay entrance fees to the cave and the aquarium. Driver was good and pointed out a few things along the way, caves were great, aquarium and zoo not bad.
