Contratei o serviço e, no momento do inicio do passeio, fomos ao local de saída e os atendentes não encontraram nossa inscrição apesar de estarmos com o e-mail de confirmação. Solicitei o reembolso e até hoje não recebemos nada Resumindo: caímos no golpe da Tripadvisor!!!!

La experiencia es espectacular, los paisajes parecen pinturas. Es un sueño. Superó mis expectativas ya que el bus estaba impecable, el chófer súper hábil para manejar con nieve, se cumplieron los tiempos establecidos, se aprovechó el día completo: tuvimos casi 2 horas y media de tiempo libre en St. Moritz. Además, la guía, María Cristina, muy amable, comentó a lo largo del viaje, datos interesantes de cada lugar visitado y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Volvería a hacer el tour.
