The tour is a combined tour (english and spanish) and the best way to describe the tour was A Spanish Tour with sub titles/spark notes in rough English. The Spanish speakers in the group I think got one heck of a tour based on how much was spoken in Spanish. But if you are looking for an English tour, save your money or book somewhere else. The guide was technically bilingual (and very nice!) however with a thick accent and it was very hard to understand when he did speak english. For example we saw some ruins and you could tell the guide was painting an amazing description in spanish... then the english version that was told "this is a 1000 year old church" ... that it! The places we went looked super amazing! Just wish I could have learned more about the history/background. Again the guide tried and was nice but it was clear the tour was focused for the Spanish speaking individuals.
