Best of Lisbon City Highlights Private Tour

This was one of the best tours I have ever gone on. John adjusted our day as he learned what I liked and wanted to do. When he learned I really enjoyed finding restaurants for locals by locals, he suggested a lunch stop at one where I was literally the only tourist and the food was phenomenal. He was friendly and conversant. I will definitely book him again when I am next in the area!

He did a great job communicating with us before we arrived in Lisbon so we knew exactly when to expect him at our hotel and what we could expect for our day of touring. If you want a local guide that really knows his way around the city, Miguel is who you want to hire. Miguel's job was especially challenging because the Pope was in Lisbon the same time we were here. Miguel masterfully navigated around the street closures, traffic jams and crowds of of people to get is to the parts of Lisbon we wanted to see. The vehicle for our tour was immaculate and very comfortable. And there was plenty of water for us to drink along the way. I highly recommend this tour group and especially recommend Miguel as your guide. He does not disappoint.

Our tour guide Carlos arrived promptly at our designated time. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Lisbon and Portugal overall as well as all of the sites he took us to visit. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We stopped for lunch at a lovely restaurant by the water away from the busy tourist area. Corresponding with Gonzalo and Magic Tours was very easy.
