By 401 AD it had been ruined or destroyed. Only foundations and fragments of the last temple remain at the site.

Our guide was Gokhan and he was amazing. He was informative, patient and funny. His explanations and attention to details were on point. We loved the private/small tour which gave us the limited time off the ship to experience the bulk of the ruins. The pottery exhibit and hand made rug co-operative along with the delicious lunch were above par. Our introduction to Turkey could not have been any better. Thank you ????
