The food is prepared by gursikhs who work there and also by volunteers who like to help out. At the Gurdwara, visitors are requested to cover their head and not to wear shoes. Vivek was an amazing tour guide! He was very knowledgeable on New Delhi as well as India history as a whole. Vivek was also very easy to talk to in English and he was able to make great recommendations based off of our descriptions of what we were looking for.
