We went on a night time tour with Big Bus Tours. We were able to see many attractions. The tour was made better by our driver, Ms. Gale. She was very personable and provided insights and opportunities that definitely enhanced the experience. If you want a great tour, utilize this service and hope you have Ms. Gale.

Ms. Gale was an amazing driver and guide! She was super sweet and you could tell she truly wanted to be there with us. She was not cranky or grouchy about having to drive around a bunch of people, her cheery attitude was a beautiful blessing to have with us!

The driver was friendly and did an excellent job. The recorded tour commentary spoke almost as much on political agendas as the monuments and memorials. What's more disappointing, is the misinformation that was given. The worst thing was the smell, when we went down to the bottom deck, it smelled like stale amonia air. The bus/roof needed maintenance. Big Bus needs to make some major changes and upgrades in order to justify the rates they charge. ???? ???? ????
