Ms. Gale made the experience a joy. She was incredibly welcoming. Have her train all your drivers. It was nice to have her warm and energetic presence at the end of a long day and a bright spot at sunset.

EXCELLENT!! Great way to experience DC! The bus guide/driver was amazing and knowledgeable! After a long day this was perfect to see the City and the beautiful sunset!
