Jose spreekt geen vloeiend engels, maar weet zich prima verstaanbaar te maken. Mooie uitleg tijdens de wandeling van een hele dag, met een mix van geschiedenis en het uitwisselen van ervaring. Door Jose getrakteerd op een heerlijk glas Txakoli, tips gekregen voor de beste Pintxo en in goede handen afgegeven voor de lunch

Jose collected us on time from our hotel and we took the funicular to the top of the hills surrounding Bilbao for a spectacular view of the city we would know so much about by the end of the day. Throughout, Jose presented to us 700 years of history and culture in a friendly, relaxed and interesting way covering the modern city with its incredible reconstruction, the sites from the river walk, and to the atmospheric old town. Jose explained the unique language, traditions, and politics, and the pride he has for his country shone through. He took many photo's for us and created a lovely digital video which is a nice keepsake of our visit to this beautiful city.

Useful experience to see the main attractions of the city. Being a journey by foot, for 3 people, it seems a expensive price. But knowledgeable guide, Jose Luiz de Biscaia Maite Tours, storyteller and extremely helpful. We recommend his services.
