This was a great casual bird watching tour. We mainly chose it as an easy way to have transportation and access to Monserrate, with a nature focus. I'm a bird watcher but my wife isn't, this tour was casual enough for her, and valuable for me, sighting 22 new species. José was a great guide, fun to talk to, and knowledgeable about the region.

Diego was wonderful from the get go. Picked us up and dropped us off 45 mins away. He was very knowledgeable about birds as well as Bogotá and Colombia in general and shared lots of this with us. We are amateur bird watchers and he took this into account helping us with the binoculars etc. the ticket includes queue skip at all the right places so feels like it’s good value for money in the end! The only point to make is we went at 9am so lots of traffic and queues because we didn’t think about being earlier (like most real bird watchers) so would recommend the 5/6/7am tours!

Wonderful experience. Our guide, Diego, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the region and its wildlife. Great communication before the tour, and it was well organized. We saw all the target species I was hoping to see, plus many more. We went on a Thursday morning and the trail was not crowded at all. I definitely recommend this tour to bird lovers!
