As a native Indonesian from the island of Java our cooking classes are a truly authentic experience in which you will not only learn to cook genuine South East Asian dishes from scratch but also learn more about my Indonesian culture as well as receiving a truly warm Asian welcome. ​ I featured on the BBC James Martin Home Comforts series and am delighted and proud to teach dishes that I have learnt from my mum for you to recreate in your own kitchen. Some may be familiar to you some may not, but I can promise you one thing; all will be show stoppers when you serve them to your friends and family ! ​So if you are passionate about SE Asian food but perhaps don't have the confidence to cook at home, or can't recreate the flavours from dishes you have eaten on your travels, then do let me help take you to the next level. ​ I look forward to welcoming you to My Exotic Kitchen ! ​ Tina x

    Tina is a perfect host! Very professional but also welcoming and created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. She is passionate about her craft it is shows in the result! The food was delicious - we couldn't believe we were able to make such a tasty and filling meal ourselves. First time having Vietnamese food, and Tina made sure we embraced all parts of the culture too! Definitely worth every penny, and will be back again to try another cuisine! Received personal professional pictures too - was a great addition to the experience - thank you so much!

    Tina is the perfect host and instructor. In a very relaxed environment Tina taught us about many new ingredients to cook some great Thai food, we couldn't believe we had produced such high quality dishes and they tasted excellent. Thanks Tina, we will be back for another class soon!
