Hello from Phoenix, Arizona! We had lots of time to kill on our last day in Hanoi, and this was the best 3 hours spent. We did a couples massage with The Blissful Day package and Annie was my masseuse. My husband had Lily. They were both so kind, attentive, polite, professional and very skilled at what they do. So incredibly relaxing and pampering. They serve you tea and crackers, and halfway you get to hydrate with fresh fruit juices. The oils thru used were so pleasant and not overwhelming. We felt safe and the place is pristine. I highly recommend The Serene Spa if you're in town!
