The day wasn't rushed and we felt we had time to enjoy each of the stops.
The itinerary is listed on this site with times and what to expect. Some of the poorer reviews on here obviously haven't done their homework and seemingly thought they were going elsewhere or had too high expectations. I'm not sure what you expect at a shipwreck other than a shipwreck?
The Blue Lagoon was busy with other tourist boats and smaller boats, but there was plenty of space to swim around. I guess it depends on where the boat anchors but we only had to swim about 30 metres to be able to stand up. The waters are beautiful and clear.
We did walk up to the Baths of Aphrodite and although it is a tourist spot, there's really not much to look at. We found it nicer to look out at the sea from the viewing platform (near the toilets) until it was time to get back on the coach.
Lunch in Polis was very nice and it was made very clear that there was no obligation to eat in the recommended restaurant. Both of the dishes we had were lovely though and the staff were great. You are free to walk up the hill and eat elsewhere.
The last stop at the winery for the tasting did seem a little rushed and although I'm not a wine drinker there were other drinks to sample. The gin was very nice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip out with Anna as our tour guide and George as our driver. Just make sure you know what your expectations are before booking.
