The booking was a hassle, and the customer service wasn’t helpful. We tried to reschedule but got no response. A waste of time and money.

We had a brilliant day tour with our guide Rocky. An early start meant we enjoyed a wonderful feeding experience with Kangaroos and were able to take some great photos - and also had our photo with a Koala Bear at Featherdale wildlife park. At the Blue Mountains and every sightseeing stop on our trip Rocky gave very interesting explanations and was extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our trip and would highly recommend it - thank you Rocky ????
