  • Mljet National Park, Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Croatia
    Climb aboard our speed boat. To start things off you will have a wonderful hour and a half long scenic boat ride while our crew introduces you to the islands of Southern Dalmatia. While we navigate to the town of Pomena we will pass by several inhabited islands filled with rich history. Feel free to ask questions.

  • Mljet National Park, Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Croatia
    We welcome guests to the town of Pomena on the island of Mljet. Here guests’ journey to the beautiful Mljet National Park containing 45 sq km (38 sq miles) of pine forests and two turquoise lakes. Our crew will guide you to the center of the NP where you can discover the lakes by bikes, kayaks, foot or just enjoy the waterway between two lakes. The Mljet NP includes Malo Jezero (Little Lake) and Veliko Jezero (Big Lake). This NP includes a flat walkway great for biking or walking around the lakes. You are free to swim at any stop that interests you.
  • Odysseus Cave, Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Croatia
    The highlight of our trip is visiting Odysseus Cave. This enchanting cave is located on the southern side of Mljet. Come enjoy snorkeling in the many shades of blue and visit the marine life that calls this place home. The cliffside welcomes avid hikers to get an elevated view of the sea.

    For the last destination we have chosen to show guests the blue cave of Kolocep, here you can swim in the cave with blue waters below and a dark ceiling overhead. The blue cave is a main feature, but the area is great for cliff jumping, and snorkeling.

    After a fun filled day, we come back to Dubrovnik to wish you an enjoyable rest of your vacation and secretly hope that we made your trip to Croatia fantastic.

Ein sehr gut gelungener Ausflug mit unglaublich netten und bemühten Skippern. Man wird im Hafen von Dubrovnik mit einem Schnellboot abgeholt (max. 14 Personen) und dann geht es auch schon Richtung erstem Zielort: die Insel Lopud. Dort hat man etwas Zeit um die Insel zu erkunden, noch bevor die Menschenmassen ankommen. Dann geht’s weiter zur Insel Mljet, nämlich zur Odysseus-Grotte, wo man genug Zeit zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln hat. Anschließend wird einmal um die Insel herumgefahren zum Nationalpark von Mljet. Diesen kann man entweder zu Fuß erkunden oder man leiht sich ein Fahrrad (wärmste Empfehlung!) oder ein Kajak aus. Man hat auch genug Zeit um in den Seen schwimmen zu gehen und etwas zu essen. Gut gestärkt geht es dann weiter zu einem sehr schönen Strand der Insel Šipan. Man kann sich entweder was Erfrischendes zu Trinken in der Strand-Bar holen oder schwimmen gehen. Der letzte Stopp ist die Blaue Grotte auf der Insel Koločep. Man kommt genau zur richtigen Tageszeit dort an, wenn die absteigende Sonne so in die Grotte hineinstrahlt, dass es einem vorkommt, das Wasser in der Grotte würde leuchten. Nach diesem letzten Schwimm- und Schnorchelerlebnis des Tages ist es dann auch kein langer Weg mehr zurück in den Hafen von Dubrovnik, wo man zwar erschöpft aber mit vielen bleibenden Eindrücken des Tages schließlich wohlauf und glücklich ankommt. Das Boot, die Skipper, die Stimmung, die Musik, der Verlauf des Ausflugs, die Destinationen… alles war einfach nur top!!! Warum ich trotzdem einen Stern abziehe, ist der Preis. Es ist leider schade, dass in dem Preis nicht der Eintritt in den Nationalpark (zusätzlich 25€) oder zumindest das Mittagessen inkludiert ist. Ansonsten ist dieser Ausflug höchst empfehlenswert, da er - neben all den bereits aufgezählten Annehmlichkeiten - einen tollen Mix aus Erkundung und Entspannung bietet! :)
