first of all, i already made the confirmation about the pick up time (9.30am)and my hotel location (Su Hotel) on 16 of september, 7 days before my reservation date. But one day before the day, they texted me that they cannot pick me up at that time bcs they cannot reach the driver and they take so long time to replay back (until almost 1am). They said that they will let me know in the morning but most probably they can do it. In the morning at 9am they said they can pickup at 10am, so i said its okey, but no information until 10.03am until i texted them. And they said i need to go to main road in the corner (im the tourist there that don’t know which main road that they mean and what is the meaning of “in the corner” ? I was asking them to pin it on the maps or let me know the name of the road so i can go there. but it takes long time for them to replay my messages, its really confusing.
Secondly the worse one was they NOT EVEN SAID SORRY for that, they kept on saying that my hotel is in the alley (but i confirmed already my hotel since 1 week before), and the driver was not there when i arrived in the meeting point that they wanted. After that they pick up another guests and waiting outside of the hotel for that guest until almost 12pm. The driver not even check in to the hotel until im the one who asked him to check. And he was giving me attitude.
It was the worse tour ever.

If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
