Gold Museum is closed on Monday and Botero Museum on Tuesday. However, we can change it for another museum according to group's interests
If the Cable Car Ride is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given an alternative activity during the tour
The order of the tour can be modified due to weather conditions.
Please bear in mind that if you choose the Monserrate option on a Sunday afternoon, this might take longer than 2 hours just in line for tickets due to a high demand during that time frame. This means that you might miss other sights.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I arrived to Bogota earlier that day, so it was nice not to lose the day, and was able to do this afternoon private tour. GIGO managed to squeeze in so many things for us to experience Bogota, even though it was raining.
