I arranged for a 6 hour tour to see Bogota and the guide failed to pick me up or call me. At least customer service was helpful

We had booked this tour on line with two main objectives in mind, The finicular to monteserat and The museum of gold. After booking and paying we did not receive any information or any sign or signal from The tour operator itself, that is compared to other tour operators very unprofessional. At The day of The tour the guide was late but fortunatelly The hotel managed to get in contact with The operator. At tour’s start it turned out the museum of gold was closed and they told us we had not booked the finicular but for an extra 100 dollars we could go!

Exelente Tour por la candelaria el Sr, William Oviedo conoce muy bien esta ciudad , muy buenas opciones de restaurantes , tiene una camioneta para 11 pasajeros en exelete condiciones, y espero volver para un Tour por el eje cafetero
