This gourmet tour will guide you through the world of the highest quality soft coffee in Colombia. This tour will consist of two parts: first a theoretical talk about the cultivation process and later a guided visit through the threshing and roasting rooms. After fully understanding the production process of coffee, you will pass on to a tasting experience. You will be offered different varieties of Colombian coffees, and understand exactly from what area in the country they come from. This tour will finish with a demonstration of latte art.

I was expecting going to a Coffee farm and seeing the plantation and then doing some tasting, which is probably my fault for not confirming with the guest relations at the hotel. However, the coffee tasting and lunch was excellent and Maria, was a brilliant tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and very engaging. Juan at the coffee tasting was brilliant, very passionate and exceedingly interesting. Great experience.

This was an amazing tour. Oscar was an excellent tour guide, and I learned so much more about coffee and how it’s produced. We went to a barista school as well as a lovely cafe and roastery owned by the farmer himself. Oscar also showed me some lovely markets and churches as we walked around. Highly recommend!
