Great presentations of different coffees and explanations of why they taste differently. We also got to visit multiple cafes to sample different preparation methods. One even mixed a coffee cocktail. They are very knowledgeable about Colombian coffee including production on their family farm.

We enjoyed learning the differences in Colombian coffee. The Baristas were very knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience!
