Very grateful for this tour! Nick R. Was understanding and very helpful as i was moving from one tour to this one and accommodated my needs on the spot. The actual experience is step by step with the help of two master Jewelers, Nick and others. I had a design concept before i came and they helped me make sure it was possible. My purpose for my short trip was to come and make a ring. I learned so much and have a beautiful ring to show for it. Thank you for the help getting the ring i truly wanted and for help getting my ride back to my hotel!!! Chow for now
