The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

With our local driver service, you choose and organize the schedule according to your needs and itineraries, and we take care of the rest. One of our drivers will pick you up at your place of stay, and will help you throughout the tour so you can enjoy the trip and meet your agenda without difficulties. It is important that you know, this service works only within the city, if you need to travel outside Bogotá, please contact us to help you.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a 24-hour layover in Bogota and this worked out perfectly. We got to drive around and see the city, walk around the historic district, went to a few museums, and even saw a Harry Styles concert. Our driver was so pro navigating the concert crowd and picking us up and making everything perfect.
