Loved, loved LOVED this tour!! Mauricio was simply the best tour guide ever, and I was lucky enough to have him to myself, which made flexibility and jaunts off the beaten path no problem. He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind as well. A gentleman and a scholar. (There are far too few of us left! Ha ha!)

We had a great time with Tyler and Miguel and the tour is perfect to know the city in a panoramic view. Monserrate is magical, the coffee spot is beautiful and the coffee is really good.

Alex, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and so congenial answering all my questions. He asked what we wanted to see and took us everywhere we asked. The only negative comment I have is about the meeting point. The instructions were to look for a person with a red jacket but none of the tour guides wore red and there was no way to identify them as tour guides other than walking up to them and asking. I ended up asking at least 6 people if they were tour guides before I found the tour guide.
