If your flight is international find your driver at gate 5 on the first floor, he/she will be outside the gate waiting for you and if the flight is domestic, the driver will be at gate 3.

  • Be aware: 1 - 3 pax the vehicle will be a sedan, 4 - 5 a minivan and +6 a van.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Although there was a little delay with the pickup, it went fine. The traffic in Bogota is a bit more hectic. Very good communication and if you are lucky then you get Cesar as a driver, very nice man, good to drive and not least good to help carry my luggage. Can recommend to book airport transfer with this company:-) Thank you for both pickup and delivery to El Dorado Airport

Excellent our experience, very good communication with the driver Dario, we found it easily with his directions and very early along the way gave us recommendations for our trip. We recommend it!
