You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver contacted us in advance with clear instructions. He again contacted us once we had landed with directions on where to find him. Would highly recommend this quick and reliable service.

Driver was late...super late. They do not have a phone number to call for service. The number shown on their website in Bogota is never answered. BAD SERVICE. Amazed that BOOKING.COM uses them.
