Horrible first time experience using Viator. We arrived to designated meeting spot early and sent multiple messages to tour operator and never heard anything back, and we waited 30 minutes. This ruined our entire day as last minute plans to get to Salt Cathedral are difficult and not knowing what will happen once you arrive there. Additionally bad experience for visitors to a strange city left feeling unsafe. Is there any accountability to this tour operator ?
