Our guide Jorge Perez and the driver Esteban literally saved our day and made mission impossible to possible. We had 6 hours between 2 flights and we have decided to go out and visit Bogota instead of staying in the airport lounge. Jorge waited to us at the airport with a comfortable car and professional driver and show us everything possible in this short time. He even managed to cut the queue and bring us up to Monserrat in the middle of the peak time of the day. Certainly everybody wanted to see the sunset and this mega city from the top. Jorge introduced us the breathtaking gold collection and the Botero Museum. We tasted local breads and even had a very short time to buy souvenirs. All in one: we were extremely lucky to have such a smart and interesting guide, his knowledge about architecture, history and culture was absolutely outstanding.
