Luis was easy to connect with - I messaged him in What's App as the plane was getting ready to take off, and he call me immediately and was there at the exit ready to drive us to our hotel. He was easy to find in the crowd of taxi drivers and was helpful getting us to his car and pointed out things of interest as we drove past them. He offered suggestions for things for us to do while in Bogota. He made us feel safe even with the Covid 19 pandemic going on around us.

Both drivers were great. I was picked up without a problem at the arrivals hall, and given the driver's name and license of the car for both arrival and return to the airport. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would definately use this service again if I return to Bogota.
